Little Chairs Theatre Co. was set up in January 2008 by Sophie a young semi- professional actress who wanted to get involved with theatre in the centre of Cambridge.
'I moved to Cambridge in 2007 to pursue a career in Science. Having been involved in theatre as long as I could walk and talk it was to my great disappointment that there seemed to be a distinct lack of adult theatre classes available in Cambridge. I decided that if I felt this way there must be other people out there in the same boat. It was then that I decided to start Little Chairs and pass on my skills and knowledge to other like minded thespians.'
Little Chairs theatre Company now runs three courses per year. These follow roughly with the school terms and are designed to teach actors of all experience the confidence and skills required to perform in a play.
